Workout with your little ones in strollers. Trained instructors help you address areas moms especially need to shape up while spending quality time with your children. We incorporate cardio, body sculpting, and yoga stretches for a total healthy mommy. Add the educational and bonding interactions with your little ones to create a fun and learning atmosphere in which you and your child thrive. We are NOT just a walking club! Sign up with a friend or meet other moms while you get a great workout! Single or double strollers welcome.

BABY YOGA

Get the benefits of Yoga while bonding with your baby. Relieve stress, sleep better, and get your body back into shape with a gentle but challenging yoga class you do with your child. We designed this workout to stretch and strengthen. Traditional yoga poses realign your center and are adapted to do while holding your infant. We incorporate group support, infant massage and stress relief exercises. Sing to, play with and teach your child while you live a healthier lifestyle. Do it for you and your baby!

For moms with babies six weeks old to pre-walking.

What to bring: yoga mat, water, blanket or towel as well as any comforts for baby.

TODDLER YOGA

Yoga can be fun to do as your active toddler crawls through your downward facing dog or joins in to roar like a lion. Adding challenge and enjoyment, your toddler will love to spend time coaching, cheering, and exercising right along with you. Get a great yoga workout and have a great time with your little one. Your child will be singing the ABCs, counting the repetitions, playing musical memory games and setting the foundation for a stronger parent/child relationship. Meet other moms and learn movement exercises your child will want to do with you at home.

For moms and toddlers 18 months - 36 months.

YOGO

Preschoolers and Kindergartners LOVE their YOGO classes! Becoming a mom of a preschooler / kindergartner we find ourselves dropping our child off for independent activities and schooling, like we never did before. Finding the time to spend with them in a fun and health educational environment is precious. Strengthen your relationship and set a great example by exercising together. Together, we reinforce the educational tools like creative play, socialization, and cognitive developments that your child will need in school and independent activities. YOGO incorporates the body disciplines of Yoga and introduces the love of fitness to your child as you start them on the road to a healthy lifestyle. Make the decision to get healthy and stay healthy for you and your family, YOGO style.

For moms and children, preschool through 1st grade.

MULTI-AGE PARENT/CHILD YOGA FITNESS

This multi-age class is designed for parents with children ages 2 through 12 or those who workout with more than one child at a time. Preschool through school aged children can enjoy fun and motivating exercise especially when it is with mom! Boys have said it helps their wrestling skills. Girls like to tell their friends they take Yoga. Littler siblings feel like the bigger kid when they can do things together and as a family. Practicing a creative approach to exercise allows your family to have fun and be healthy together. Kids love to see their moms do it too! Moms love being with their kids, doing something good for them, and knowing it will make a difference in the way they live their life. This class combines a traditional yoga class with an unconventional approach. Educational influences of Music, Language and Art help shape our movements.
